Team Assistant
Vorwerk Services GmbH provides IT services for the Vorwerk Group. The Vorwerk Group, still family-owned today, is one of the world's largest direct sales companies. Vorwerk's core business is the production and sale of innovative premium household appliances. It also includes products for commercial cleaning, financing solutions and a venture capital company. Today international Vorwerk Group is active in over 60 countries with around 11,000 employees.
MAIN TASKS
- Classic administrative tasks such as processing documents and data maintenance as well as business correspondence in Spanish and English.
- Coordinating appointments, preparing discussions and meetings.
- End-to-end preparation of meetings, events, visits, workshops... (agenda, spaces, dinners, catering, materials...).
- Support for the Finance department.
- Maintenance and control of the office materials and supplies.
- Responsible for office management.
- Correspondence management.
- Smooth running of day-to-day business and support for managers and teams in planning and booking business trips and preparing travel expense reports.
- Attend to and solve employee demands.
REQUIREMENTS
- Completed an administrative education career or a comparable qualification.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a similar position in an international environment.
- High written and spoken English skills.
- Experienced with modern MS Office applications.
- Basic IT knowledge.
- Proactive management of administrative and organizational tasks (incl. office organization, correspondence, preparation, and follow-up of meetings).
- A high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently, in a structured and careful manner.
- Friendly and engaging manner, and good written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to work in heterogeneous teams.
