For our Group IT Spain, we are looking for a passionate, ambitious, and self-driven SCPI & SAP PO developer to work for projects and service/operations.

In your role you are responsible for the development of new functionalities or enhancement of existing functionalities. Furthermore you are our technical consultant for demands & projects in the future. You work closely together in our team with  Solution Architect, Solution Adaption Manager, Service Manager and as well as with the project team members.

You also manage 2nd level incidents and you are responsible for monitoring. An your responsibility is to create 3rd level incident at the supplier.

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years+ of experience in SAP Integration Suite especially in SCPI, SAP PI/PO, Event Mesh.
  • Proficient in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements and architecture.
  • Expertise in integrating SAP products with 3rd party applications using different technologies using ALE-IDoc, RFC, SOAP, Rest, As2, HTTP, JDBC, File, Mail, JMS etc.
  • Expert level on Programming User defined Functions in message mapping, look up Implementation like SOAP lookup, RFC look up, JDBC lookup.
  • Expertise in Transport mechanism using CTS,  File Transport System.
  • Expertise in Java mapping, XSLT mapping, Groovy Scripting.
  • Knowledge in API Management is an added advantage.
  • Fluent Business level in English. German is considered a plus.
  • Experience working within an international project team.

 

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Give 2nd level incident support by accepting tickets, investigate described incident and provide solution for described incident with adequate time and high quality.
  • Fulfilment of open Service Requests in adequate time and high quality.
  • React quickly on monitoring events and monitor application proactively. Develop further strategies to improve monitoring.
  • Make solution proposals for requested new/ change of functionalities, provide estimation for the request and if estimation is approved, implement the proposed new/changed functionality.
  • Do testing for bug fixes and new/changed functionalities and document provided solution.
  • Provide technical guidance for new enhancements to the solution in projects/new rollouts to countries.
  • Cooperate with other support / development teams also from 3rd party supplier.
