People Lead
The People Lead represents the leadership role in disciplinary terms for a selected group of employees. Their area of responsibility is disciplinary management, coaching and initiating the personal and professional development of all employees assigned to them. On the specialist department side, his responsibilities also include hiring, transferring and issuing staff.
The People Lead is responsible for ensuring that the employees assigned to their teams are selected and trained in the best possible way in order to achieve the tasks and goals set for the team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
Strategic development, leadership and management of employees:
•Disciplinary lead of employees, including initiating personal and career development, performance reviews, target agreements & evaluations, coaching/mentoring, administrative tasks such as time recording and vacation planning, other disciplinary & contractual measures
•Initiating escalation measures that affect employees within the area of responsibility with the support of the People & Culture department
•Responsible for the implementation of competence development, including the recruitment, development and transfer of employees to meet capacity and qualification requirements of employees
•Responsible for the recruiting process on the departmental side
•Responsible on the part of the department for personnel development (talent development, succession planning, transfer)
•Together with IT Product Owner and Agile Master continuous maintenance and further development of the team setup to adapt and react to changes in fast, iterative, incremental cycles
•Together with the IT Product Owner and Domain Lead, responsible for ensuring that employees have excellent technical skills and develop in this regard
•From a professional point of view, responsible for surveying the "team spirit" / employee satisfaction and the resulting cooperation with the People & Culture department with regard to the introduction of appropriate measures
•Assistance in requesting external resources as a temporary replacement for internal resources (if necessary)
•Continuous joint coordination and alignment with Domain Lead & IT Product Owner
•Integration at domain level in portfolio planning in order to represent the employee perspective with regard to required resources and skills
Collaboration and further development of the Group IT organizational model:
•Supporting the agile collaboration model in the domain by resolving conflicts at employee level with regard to capacity and competence requirements
•Collaboration in the People Leads network for the continuous development of the function and exchange of best practices

•Advanced knowledge of all administrative aspects of HR work and employment law

Training qualification:
•Successfully completed master’s degree in information technology, business administration or a similar field of study
•More than 10 years of professional experience, at least 5 of which in a position with personnel responsibility
