Service Manager Cloud

Your responsibilities:
-Coordinating all activities to manage day-to-day business relationships with various service providers and internal stakeholders for Cloud.
-Responsible for the operation of one or more IT services in terms of parameters such as performance, availability, security, etc. for Cloud Services with focus on MS Azure. Know How in AWS, Google Cloud Platform and MS365 would be beneficial.
-Management of relevant events, in particular incidents, demands, service requests, problems and access management in coordination with the relevant stakeholders.
-Continuous Optimization of processes in service design, transition or operations.
-Co-Responsibility for all activities related to the introduction of new or changed IT services into the organization under the guidance of the (senior) solution adoption manager or IT project manager and in collaboration with business partners and IT providers.
-Development of processes & workflows related to ServiceNow in Cloud Area.
-Interaction with a multicultural and multi-site environment with all management levels.
-Regular participation in the Service Management Chapter.
-Support for vendor management and the IT product owner in the evaluation, selection, control and SLA creation for external or internal partners or providers.
You offer us:
-Successfully completed studies at a university of applied sciences (min. Bachelor's degree) in the field of IT or equivalent training.
-Founded of experience in the area of Service Management preferably in the field of Cloud technologies and in various projects or within service delivery organizations.
-Experience of working in IT product-oriented teams.
-Sound knowledge and experience in managing processes according to ITIL.
-Experience in managing external service providers.
-Structured way of working and strong analytical skills.
-Fluent in English (business level).
-Strong team player and cooperative, experienced in lateral leadership.
-Intercultural competence and experience with international cooperation.
