Solution Architect

Your responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and understanding business requirements and working closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other team members to comprehend the business needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Design of the solution architecture based on the requirements to meet the business needs while considering factors like scalability, reliability, security, performance, and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate closely with product, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure alignment with architectural guidelines and SAP best practices
  • Documentation of the solution specifications, including architecture diagrams, data models, interfaces, integration points, and other implementation details
  • Creation and management of solution architecture activities and the transition to operations
  • Providing expertise in integrating various systems (SAP and non-SAP) and applications, ensuring seamless interoperability and their applicability within Vorwerk’s ecosystem
  • Experience of working in IT product-oriented teams
  • Regular participation in the Enterprise Architecture Chapter

You offer us:

  • Successfully completed studies at a university of applied sciences (min. Bachelor's degree) in the field of IT or equivalent training
  • Founded experience as an IT architect in the above field and in various projects or within service delivery organizations
  • Experience on the different SAP technologies (Cloud and on-premise with focus on CAP, SAPUi5, BTP, SAP CPI and API management and SAP S/4HANA)
  • Proven experience in providing expertise integrating various systems (SAP and non-SAP) and applications, ensuring seamless interoperability
  • Familiarity with Git and DevOps specially with GitFlow, GitLab pipelines and CTMS
  • Fluent in English (business level) 
  • Structured way of working and strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
